Shipping & Returns

AT THIS TIME, WE ONLY SHIP WITHIN THE UNITED STATES.

 

THE UNITED STATES

All orders are processed and shipped from our Miami, FL distribution facility within 2–4 business days. Once shipped, continental domestic orders may take 2–5 days (Orders less than $48 may use FedEx SmartPost, resulting in up to 10 days of transit) to arrive, dependent on location. Tracking notification emails are sent as soon as the order is processed, not shipped. Please allow up to 4 days for tracking to go live.  Alaska and Hawaii may take a bit longer. Be aware, ship time does not include order processing time.

We prefer FedEx SmartPost (estimated 2–10 business days) for our domestic USA customers, but use FedEx Home Delivery/Ground in some instances. There are two ways we ship:

  1. Purchases less than $48.00 will receive a $8.00 FedEx SmartPost shipping rate.

  2. Purchases $48.00 or greater are automatically shipping as complimentary via FedEx Smartpost/Ground/Home Delivery.  You know this as FREE shipping. Side note–orders roughly over $120 are automatically shipped via FedEx Home Delivery/Ground. Still FREE shipping.

 

AN IMPORTANT NOTE

Once a package is picked up and scanned in by our carrier, the shipping and delivery status is no longer within our control; we are unable to replace missing or stolen packages at this time. Please reach out directly to the courier for missing or stolen packages.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy and safety of the shipping address provided. We will not be held liable for incorrectly entered shipping information or packages left, stolen or missing from an unreliable or unsafe shipping address.

Please consider shipping to an address where someone is always present to receive the delivery, i.e. workplace or grandma's place.

PO/P.O. BOXES

We do not ship to PO Box/P.O. Box addresses. Any order with a PO Box will be canceled without warning. Please consider an alternate shipping destination when checking out. 

We will gladly accept returns/exchanges on any items that are in their original, unused, or unworn condition along with all packaging.

Please email hi@whatamood.com within 30 days of receiving your order and we will issue you a Return Authorization Number (RA#). We require that your item is returned within 30 days of receiving your RA#.  Please note that all returns that do not meet the 30-day requirement for requesting a RA# will only be considered for online store credit/exchange and no refund will be given. Upon receiving your RA#, you have 30 days to ship your return.

If you decide to return an item(s) to Mood, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes, and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to Mood. Please note that this amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund. If the item(s) are returned for an exchange, we will provide a return shipping label to you at no charge.

Upon acceptance of the merchandise for return, we will process your refund within 7 business days, at which time you will be notified by email. Please contact your credit card issuer to confirm when your refund will be issued back to your credit card. Upon acceptance of the merchandise for exchange, the new item will be shipped upon availability.

We reserve the right to reject any returns/exchanges that do not comply with the conditions stated above. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be granted.

Items that appear used or worn upon inspection are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
